Rob Zandbergen

Rob Zandbergen,
Chairman, Managing Corporate Executive Officer, Head of Global Staffing Business CEO, Recruit Global Staffing B.V. CEO, USG People Holdings B.V.

Rob Zandbergen has been active in the staffing industry since 2003. He began his career in the military, graduating from the Royal Netherlands Military Academy in Breda. He then studied business economics at the University of Amsterdam. Since then, he has held several national and international executive and supervisory positions at publicly listed companies, including USG People, a Recruit company.

In addition to his work at Recruit, Rob is a member of the supervisory board of the Dutch Flower Group and Eneco, and he is a member of the governing board of The Netherlands Study Centre for Technology Trends. He is also a member of the Advisory Council of the School of Economics and Management (Tilburg University).


Eugene A. Cutolo

Eugene A. Cutolo,
President and Chief Executive Officer

Eugene A. Cutolo is President and Chief Executive Officer of both Staffmark and its affiliated sister company Advantage Resourcing America, two of the largest staffing companies in the United States. These companies are part of Recruit Holdings, one of the largest HR companies in the world.

A proven and widely-respected leader, Cutolo has more than 23 years of staffing industry experience. Since joining Staffmark in 1998, Cutolo has been the driving force behind the growth and success of one of the company's most profitable business lines.

Cutolo leads Staffmark's team of professionals who are committed to developing workforce solutions that contribute to the growth of businesses across the country. Under his leadership, Staffmark creates and implements a wide range of programs and service offerings designed to improve the experience for both customers and employees. Staffmark has been recognized with the prestigious Best in Staffing-Client Diamond and Best of Staffing-Talent awards from Inavero which recognizes those staffing companies ranked highest in overall customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Staffmark, Cutolo was Regional Sales Manager for Kelly Services and General Manager for Pro Staff Personnel.

Cutolo has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University.


Jennifer Prospero

Jennifer Prospero,
Chief Financial Officer

Jennifer Prospero, CPA, is Chief Financial Officer of Staffmark. Prospero is responsible for all accounting, finance, treasury, tax, purchasing, facility, real estate, and payroll strategies and functions. She joined Staffmark in 2004 as Controller and was most recently the Company’s Senior Vice President and Treasurer. She has more than 23 years of experience in finance and accounting.

She has a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Miami University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.


Suzanne M. Perry

Suzanne M. Perry,
Chief Human Resources Officer

Suzanne Perry, PHR, joined Staffmark in March 2001 and is responsible for the company's human resources, compensation, and benefits programs. She has worked in the human resource field since 1986 with an emphasis on employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment, selection, and legal compliance.

Prior to joining Staffmark, Perry held senior human resources positions, both domestic and abroad, at Fortune 500 companies. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and received her professional certification in 1994. Perry also received her Certified Staffing Professional accreditation from the American Staffing Association.

Perry received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University and her Master of Business Administration from Thomas More College.


Forrest Wagner

Forrest Wagner,
Chief Information Officer

Forrest Wagner serves as the Chief Information Officer for Staffmark and its affiliated sister companies Advantage Resourcing and Atterro. Wagner has over 21 years of experience in information technology ranging from web design, custom application development, database design, infrastructure maintenance and support, and project management. As CIO, he is responsible for building and supporting the company's technology infrastructure, applications, and business processes in support of recruiting and staffing and driving innovation and technology solutions to provide business value and the best experience for our customers and employees.


Stacey Lane

Stacey Lane,
Executive Vice President of Field Operations

Stacey Lane, CSP, is Executive Vice President of Field Operations for Staffmark. She is responsible for exceeding company financial targets, ensuring operational and service excellence, enhancing employee attraction and engagement programs, and supporting our internal teams across all business units and specialty divisions.

Lane has been with Staffmark more than 17 years, most recently as Senior Vice President of the company's West business unit and Drivers division, and has more than 26 years of staffing industry experience.

She is active in the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, the Women in Leadership Council through the American Staffing Association, as well as volunteering at Second Harvest Food Bank and Coachella Valley Rescue Mission.


Emily Giltner

Emily Giltner,
Senior Vice President, Enterprise Operations

Emily Giltner is the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations for Staffmark and its affiliated sister companies Advantage Resourcing and the Atterro family of brands. Giltner has 29 years of experience in the staffing industry and has served in many roles from Account Manager to Vice President of Operations. Giltner leads the company's operations support team as well as our learning and development group, and she is responsible for many initiatives, including the integration of front and back office platforms and the investigation, development, and implementation of world-class technology to support our field.

Giltner has a bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Western Kentucky University and holds both the Certified Search Consultant (CSC) and Certificated Staffing Professional (CSP) designations from the American Staffing Association (ASA). She is a past Chairman of the ASA Education Committee, and she continues to serve as a member of that committee. She has also served on the ASA Operational Excellence Taskforce.


John Koberg

John Koberg,
Senior Vice President, Field Operations

John Koberg, CSP, is the Senior Vice President of Field Operations for our commercial staffing operations. He joined Staffmark in 2009 and has been in the staffing industry for over 28 years, holding a variety of roles from account manager, account executive, professional services recruiter, branch manager, and operations manager, region director, and region VP. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of vertical markets within the staffing and specialty services arena, including professional/technical services and call centers.

Koberg graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor's in Marketing.


Sally Lynch

Sally Lynch,
Senior Vice President, National Sales

Sally Lynch is the Senior Vice President of National Sales for Staffmark and its affiliated sister companies Advantage Resourcing and Atterro. Lynch has more than 30 years of experience in sales and account management, and during her time with Staffmark, she's brought together a first-class national sales and account management team. She is responsible for business development in the company's strategic business lines and developing solutions that exceed our clients' expectations, which has led to a proven history of impeccable service delivery.

Lynch holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Texas in Austin.


Brent Rodgers

Brent Rodgers,
Senior Vice President, Output Solutions

Brent Rodgers joined Staffmark in 2000 as Director of Strategic Sales in the Southeast region. He has held several key positions within Staffmark including Regional Vice President for Georgia and South Carolina. In 2006, Rodgers turned his focus to drive the expansion and growth of the Output Solutions fixed cost per unit engineered labor division as Vice President of Sales. He has been instrumental in the development of key customer partnerships nationally by identifying supply chain management, operational cost improvement, and labor management strategies based on LEAN manufacturing principles.

Rodgers has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Shawnee State University.


Tom Schmidt

Tom Schmidt,
Senior Vice President, Technical

Tom Schmidt is the Senior Vice President of our Technical group, which includes the Professional Services group at Staffmark as well as the Technical and Automotive businesses at Advantage Resourcing, our sister company. Tom's organization is responsible for ensuring our client's competitive success by providing highly skilled Talent and Talent Services within the Information Technology, Engineering and Finance specialties across North America.

Tom has more than 22 years of U.S. and Global experience in the Staffing, Technical Services and Talent Acquisition industries, and he is also a U.S. Army Veteran.


Barbara Simmer

Barbara Simmer,
Senior Vice President, Field Operations

Barbara Simmer is the Senior Vice President of Field Operations for our commercial staffing operations. She joined the company three years ago and has more than 20 years of experience in staffing and recruiting. She has a strong background in both sales and operations, having served in roles from Branch Manager to General Manager. In her current role, she focuses on sales mentorship, branch operations, and improving service delivery and engagement across the company.

Barbara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with dual majors in Human Resources and Management from Ottawa University.


Patrick Treacy

Patrick Treacy,
Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Patrick (Pat) Treacy is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Staffmark and its affiliated sister companies Advantage Resourcing and Atterro. Treacy oversees contract negotiation, real estate, risk evaluation and management, regulatory compliance, and employment disputes. He has more than 30 years of experience in safety, risk, and the law.

Treacy earned his law degree from St. John's University School of Law and is a member of the bar in Connecticut, the District of Connecticut, New York, and Ohio. He is currently the President of the Connecticut chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and serves on several industry committees, including the American Staffing Association Legal and Legislative Committee.
